Meet Our Providers

Cesar Maldonado, MD – Family Medicine
Dr. Maldonado provides care for patients of all ages at the Ganado clinic weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. He combines experience in family medicine with a genuine commitment to serving small-town communities.

Bridget Hubenak, PA-C - Family Medicine
PA Hubenak, a Ganado native, and her husband returned to their hometown after completing her medical training so they could be nearer their families and rear their children in a community they love. She is excited to work in the community where she grew up and where she know her patients deeply.

Ron Kosanke, PA-C - Family Medicine
Providing care Monday through Friday, PA Kosanke is dedicated to helping patients stay healthy through every season of life. With his deep connection to the community, he offers friendly, knowledgeable care with a personal touch.

Chelsey Taylor, MSN, APRN, FNP-C - Family Medicine
Nurse Practitioner Taylor, was born in El Campo but grew up in Ganado. She and her husband, along with their four children, continue living in the community. While working with patients suffering from infectious diseases, she found herself incorporating primary care into their discussions. She values patient-centered care with shared decision making in her practice.
