
"JCHD is Open, Safe and Ready to Treat You Well."
Jackson County Hospital District announced that most hospital services and departments have been safely opened and are now accepting patients and appointments.
"With proper patient screening, we are safely opening up many services that were limited due to virus control measures," hospital CEO Bill Jones said. "Our facilities are clean, safe and ready to treat residents who have been unable, or reluctant, to access basic healthcare during this crisis."
When you arrive at the hospital for an appointment you will be greeted by our screening staff outside the hospital entrance. You will be asked a series of questions and have your temperature taken. Those that pass the screening will be given a mask, hand sanitizer, and can enter the hospital.
All patients will be required to wear a mask while inside the hospital. We also ask that you maintain physical distancing while in our waiting rooms.
